We will provide "provisional sums" on your quote should your project need other trades (think electrics, plumbing) to give you an estimated cost of these works to help with your budgeting and planning. We can then bring these trades in to meet you and provide their quotes.

We can arrange all the materials for your project including managing the ordering and logistics of delivery. 

Alternatively we can work with your trades and own suppliers if you wish.

Once we understand how we can help we will go away and create you a free quotation for you to consider and compare that includes timescales for how long your project is estimated to take.

If we are lucky enough for you to choose JOE LEGGE BUILDING LTD for your project, once you let us know you would like to proceed, we will get you booked in and take care of the rest for you!

Your project may require a bit more planning, for example for an extension or new build, in these instances we will go away and create you a full project plan. These include timescales, payment planning and phases of work that allow you and us to easily track the progress in detail of your project. These are also provided free of charge.
