JOE LEGGE BUILDING LTD is a family run business.
This is not just a “job” for us, we enjoy what we do and take pride in every project. Completing work to the highest standards, getting it right first time and at competitive rates has allowed us to not only attract new clients but we also get to enjoy seeing familiar faces when we return to complete new projects for our loyal customers.
It can be an exciting time when you decide to contract a builder to complete a long awaited project or to resolve something that you have had your eye on for a while. At JOE LEGGE BUILDING LTD we also know this can be worrying. With many "horror" stories of cowboy builders and the natural instinct of "not knowing" someone who will be coming to your home, alongside spending your hard earned money and entrusting them to complete your vision. We aim for this website to provide you with as much information as possible and an insight into the type of business we are. We can arrange anyone considering using JOE LEGGE BUILDING LTD visits to previous or ongoing projects, as well as reviews and recommendations.
We are based in Surrey, and provide services across South London and Surrey.

From Joe's Sister who is meticulous in recording keeping to his fiancé who helps create your project plans there are a lot of people behind the scenes supporting Joe.
As well as family we have a wonderful team of hardworking individuals who work with JOE LEGGE BUILDING LTD.

Joe has learnt from the best, his family! 3 generations of Joe's family have been building across South London and Surrey and have over 100 years of combined experience between them.
Joe worked for his Uncle's successful building company Monday to Friday when Joe started working evenings and weekends on his own projects with a dream of setting up his own company. Joe's part time work continued to grow and after 11 years working with and learning from his family on projects big and small Joe took everything he learnt and set up Joe Legge Building.
Joe's hard work, determination and ambition has meant that 2024 has been an exciting year for Joe who has seen his business grow quicker than he could of ever dreamed. Joe Legge Building is now a Limited Company and VAT registered.
Joe found early on that he had a passion for brickwork. It was something he enjoyed and if we do say so ourselves - very talented at. Joe also enjoys joinery, particularly pitching roofs.
Joe has some other passions in life (although work will always be number 1!) which include; chocolate, exploring new places and spending time with his nephew at the driving range. Joe also spent many years as a teenager working on boat's with his Grandad a former Marine and is always happy to be beside the water.
